第十五經絡胰臟經脈腧穴

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">在中醫基礎理論之臟腑中,胰臟始終是一個缺位,在經脈之中,也是一個空白;但胰臟做為一個實體,終究有它應有的位置及歸屬。</span>2007<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年</span>11<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">月,發表在《中國醫療前沿》雜誌上的《論胰臟及胰臟經脈》中對胰臟經脈是這樣論述的:</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">胰臟的經脈循行部位:根據胰臟在體內的位置與脊柱緊密相連的關係,其經脈起始部位當在後背脊骨之中,其循行的路線,則為沿督脈向兩側旁開半寸,也就相當於已發現上千年的華佗夾脊穴位置,與體前夾任脈而行的腎經路線前後相對。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">胰臟經脈之氣充盈在整個脊柱之內,經氣分佈到各個錐體,這就形成了各個錐體間的腧穴點,從頸</span>1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎至腰</span>5<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎,兩側共計四十八穴,其穴位名稱暫時仍按頸</span>1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、頸</span>2<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、胸</span>1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、胸</span>2<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">等等而定。向上的經氣沿頸向巔頂部散佈,向下的經氣由骶椎向下肢散佈,橫向的經氣由胸椎向肩、上肢部散佈。&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">多年來,人們運用各種針法或手法或拔罐或刮痧等技術,選取&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;做為奇穴治療多種疾病,都有著很好的療效,可是,&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;上下左右幾十個穴位點,在治療疾病時,到底用的哪一個或哪幾個穴位點、還是全都用上了呢?大多數人沒說清楚,&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;的哪個穴位點到底有什麼主治作用更是少有人說,而且大多數人是說選取症狀或壓疼較明顯的部位穴位治療,照這樣的說法,哪裡是選取的&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;,純粹是在運用&ldquo;阿是穴&rdquo;了。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">例如:《包頭醫學院學報》</span>1997<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年第</span>04<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">期《穴位注射華佗夾脊穴治療腰背痛</span>180<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">例》論述:&ldquo;取華佗夾脊穴,腰痛取4穴,背痛取4穴,腰背痛取6穴。取穴時儘量選壓痛明顯部位的穴位。&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">又如:《針灸臨床雜誌》</span>1999<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年第</span>03<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">期《華佗夾脊穴在臨床上的應用》論述:&ldquo;病史:半月前因外傷至T5-8處疼痛,近日因工作勞累,漸覺痛由胸椎向前放射,逐漸加重。咳嗽、深呼吸、噴嚏疼痛加劇。查體:T5-8棘突及肋間隙有明顯局部壓痛及放射痛。X線片報告T5-8無異常。診斷:肋間神經痛。治療:取T5-8夾脊穴,陽陵泉穴,&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">再如:《中國針灸》</span>2004<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年第</span>S1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">期《提捏華佗夾脊穴為主治療感冒</span>52<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">例》論述:&ldquo;治療方法</span>2.1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">風寒型</span> <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">讓病人伏臥于治療床上</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">儘量放鬆</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">醫者站在患者的左側</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">在病人的背部塗勻滑石粉</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">從能部開始向上提捏至大椎穴</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">一般反復做十幾次即可</span>,<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">然後用手指腹壓肺俞、脆俞、腎俞</span>(<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">每穴點壓</span>10<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">次</span>),<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">完畢後用</span>TDP<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">燈照風池、風府穴</span>20<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">分鐘。&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">還有如:《湖北中醫雜誌》</span>2007<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年第</span>02<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">期《針刺華佗夾脊穴治療單純性肥胖的臨床觀察》述說:&ldquo;治療方法治療組:取穴:華佗夾脊穴</span>(<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">第</span>3<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">胸椎至第</span>5<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">腰椎</span>)<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">。操作:穴位常規消毒,&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">又如:《河南中醫》</span>2003<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年第</span>12<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">期《火針刺華佗夾脊穴治療背痛</span>61<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">例》論述:&ldquo;治療方法</span>2 .1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">取穴:根據病痛位置,對應取華佗夾脊</span>4<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">~</span>6<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">次。&rdquo;</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">根據以上諸多文章所論述的取穴方法可以明顯的看出,不管是什麼針法或手法在選取&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;治療時,都是在以疼痛區域取的穴,這不就是根據&ldquo;以疼為俞&rdquo;理論取用的</span> &ldquo;<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">阿是穴&rdquo;嗎。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">五絕指標療法在治療糖尿病以及各種疑難雜症的研究過程中,確定了所謂的&ldquo;華佗夾脊穴&rdquo;,就是中醫學的經絡空白&mdash;&mdash;胰臟經脈,這也才是真正的&ldquo;奇經八脈&rdquo;的&ldquo;奇經&rdquo;;並根據多年的臨床治療經驗,總結出了每個穴位點都有著獨到的治療疾病作用,根據我們的研究認識,現將胰經腧穴的命名和主治作用介紹如下:</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">一、胰經腧穴的命名</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">關於腧穴的命名,實際上就是給諸多穴位點明確一個專有的名稱而已,至於為什麼叫這個或那個名字說起來並不重要,但是,為什麼確定了這個名稱,也還是有一定的規則的,胰經腧穴的定名主要根據以下幾種規律:</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、根據該穴位的主治作用而定名;如:腰</span>4<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎為&ldquo;升陽&rdquo;穴,胸</span>12<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎為&ldquo;和中&rdquo;穴。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、根據相鄰穴位的名稱屬性而定名;如:胸</span>7<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎與督脈的至陽穴相平相近,定為&ldquo;九天&rdquo;穴。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、根據相鄰穴位所屬的臟腑功能而定名;如:胸</span>10<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">椎與膀胱經的膽俞穴相平相近,定為&ldquo;中正&rdquo;穴。</span><br />

    距離上次這是什麼東東匆匆又過了數個月再一次的早上練太極拳當中忽然在耳朵裏聽到了一種聲音你的呼吸你的呼吸呢因此覺得很訝異心想是什麼意思呢!好像有一股莫名的力量在使喚著我要聽從他練太極拳必須配合的呼吸才能達到另外一個層次的料想我是不是應該配合呼吸來打呢因此便嘗試地!看看地用自己的呼吸配合太極拳的速度慢慢的互相則搭配起初真的呼吸與太極拳的動作都不能完全搭配一套太極拳打下來卻是氣喘如牛心想糟糕因此123天慢慢地跟著呼吸打來調整打拳的動作經過了幾趟之後慢慢就打順了一次練下一個小時慢慢增加到兩個小時呼吸全都不會喘而且越打越輕鬆越打好像越渾然忘我的境界然有一天在打拳的時候忽然眼睛一亮看到身體越長越大好像丈二金剛一樣的看我再打拳。心裏默想為何會有如此的現象呢因此我知道這種現象是幻象因我以前修練氣功時就產生過這種現象也知道這個是一個假象因此沒有太在意他就這樣把一套拳自在無暇打完

    吾練氣功十幾年有餘、吾習易簡太極64式三年有餘。然期間並不是很認真的在練習時有斷斷續續的練再來對書本上的拳經拳論卻是一知半解看不懂,而不知所云一直到9767被推薦去參加CC裁的講習後終於對拳經拳論有了初步了解其中之要義。知道什麼是所謂:原空位、原體位、上下相隨、不丟頂......等論述。但是卻看不到任何大師們對練拳時一些的突發狀況的講述,卻隻字未提或該如何去迎接導引或許我書還看得不夠多因此喪失了機會所以特將此練拳當時情形公佈出來希望能得到一答案。也希望諸方先進不吝賜教移除我心中之疑下次再有這情形時能適時運用然亦可給同好如有相同情形時或當下給一知識可在萬一如有此情況時就可用得到而不會喪失氣機。
    記得在9733日早上7點多開始練拳一直練到825分左右當練最後一趟時在起式沒多久後當打到第一段的左捛時忽然從右手掌掌中掉下了一顆如棒球般大小其觸感像一顆軟綿綿似有似無又有一點重量之感(類似一種兒童再吹玩的一種小玩意,一種膠可吹成泡泡但裡面加裝滿了水放在手上似破又不會破之感),由左手掌承接因此那種感覺好像雙手抱著一顆氣球球雖小,卻有一種飽足感、當時身體感到輕飄飄的腳感不到身體的重量似有似無的心理燃起一種無法形容得愉悅感一直到整套打完礙於當時因急得趕去上班心想晚上回家再繼續練應還有這種感覺故先去上班了。這種心情一直等到晚上9點下班回到家。先熱身一回兒之後繼續早上的感覺開始練拳心想一定會有早上的情形手上一定會抱著一顆氣球但確與願違雖有氣感但無球感身體除了比較僵之外一連練了67遍也沒有球感出現而後每天照常的練希望有奇蹟出現但至今兩月有餘還是沒有出現手感。有時心想當時的氣機是什?要呈現的是什麼?一個初學者如何把握機會!

<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">我在</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">中華民國太極拳總會及中華易簡太極拳協會的競賽醫務組</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">服務有</span>12<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">年頭了</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">從早期的選手對自身的運動傷害</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">漠不關心</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">醫務組好像形同虛設一樣</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">好像只是要應付規定而已</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">但是這對選手是一種損失</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">古語有云</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">:『</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">養兵千日</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">』</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">用在一時</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">、</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">兵不在多</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">、</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">在於精</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">但往往因運動傷害功虧一簣</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">斷羽而歸</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">不勝枚舉</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">這些我們姑且不論</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">運動本身是要讓人健康的</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">曾幾何時變成了慢性殺手了</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">醫務組</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">經過多年的成長</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">漸漸的得到選手信任</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">一有不適就往醫務組跑</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">增加他們取勝的信心</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">放開大手取勝去</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">沒有後顧之憂</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">因此醫務組常常聽到</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">一句感謝話</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">『</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">謝謝我晉級得名了</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">』</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">雖然是短短的一句話</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">但對我們是一種鼓舞</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><br />

<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">新傷皆分佈在年輕的推手賽員身上,我們簡易的分析歸類:</span><br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">(1</span>)推手是互相肢體的碰觸、推擠,產生新傷是在所難免的。<br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">(2</span>)選手有時是一時之選,難免訓練不足,導致受傷也不奇怪。<br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">那套路的賽員呢?因舊傷並不引想賽況比較不會求醫保護自己。</span><br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">舊傷</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">皆分佈在</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">中年以上的社會人士的套路</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">賽員身上,我們簡易的分析歸類:</span><br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">(1</span>)他是在練太極拳運動之前就受傷的<br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">(2</span>)他的傷是在練太極拳運動時誘發出來的<br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">(3</span>)他是在練太極拳運動時受傷的<br />
<span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">我們姑且不論比賽的事</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">應重視的事練習時是否有正確養成才是重點</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">。</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">因為出來比賽的人受傷比例如此之高</span><span style="font-family:標楷體;">,</span><span style="font-family:新細明體,serif;">更何況那些未能參與比賽之人情況是不是更糟呢?</span><br />

為什麼練太極拳膝蓋傷痛每每去醫院檢查多數的醫生一致同聲的說:『都是因為打太極拳的關係!才引起膝蓋受傷二話不說您不可再從事太極拳運動了想想真的是練太極引起的嗎
我在中華民國太極拳總會及中華易簡太極拳協會的競賽醫務組服務有12年頭了從早期的選手對自身的運動傷害漠不關心醫務組好像形同虛設一樣好像只是要應付規定而已但是這對選手是一種損失古語有云:『養兵千日用在一時兵不在多在於精但往往因運動傷害功虧一簣斷羽而歸不勝枚舉這些我們姑且不論運動本身是要讓人健康的曾幾何時變成了慢性殺手了
    醫務組經過多年的成長漸漸的得到選手信任一有不適就往醫務組跑增加他們取勝的信心放開大手取勝去沒有後顧之憂因此醫務組常常聽到一句感謝話謝謝我晉級得名了雖然是短短的一句話但對我們是一種鼓舞
辦比賽受傷是我們主辦單位不意樂見的有也要將傷害降到最低但是傷害要如何降到最低是誰之責呢?是辦賽單位是教練之責最大呢?
我們從比賽來做探討改善:
一是2008年的第二屆世界杯經過醫務組統計資料顯示如下:
不分國籍分套路及推手總共服務212人次
新傷:12人皆為推手賽員
頭撞到:1人  腕指:5人  腿肌肉痠:6人 
舊傷:200人皆為套路賽員
頸肩:55人  肘:13人  腕指:10人  胸腰髖:56人  膝踝趾:64人  他症:1人   
一是2009、2010青年盃全國中等學校太極拳錦標賽經過醫務組統計資料顯示如下:
分套路及推手總共服務111人次
新傷:91人次皆為推手賽員
頸肩:18人  臂手肌肉痠:7人  肘:9人  腕指:24人  胸腰髖:9人 
膝踝趾:8人   腿肌肉痠:6人     
舊傷:20人次(13人推手、7人大會工作人員)
頸肩:8人  肘:1人  腕指:2人  胸腰髖:3人  膝踝趾:1人  他症:5人   
由以上之資料分析兩種練太極拳的年齡層分為一是中年以上的社會人士二是年輕人以學校學生為主的受傷也皆為不一樣
新傷皆分佈在年輕的推手賽員身上,我們簡易的分析歸類:
(1)推手是互相肢體的碰觸、推擠,產生新傷是在所難免的。
(2)選手有時是一時之選,難免訓練不足,導致受傷也不奇怪。
那套路的賽員呢?因舊傷並不引想賽況比較不會求醫保護自己。
舊傷皆分佈在中年以上的社會人士的套路賽員身上,我們簡易的分析歸類:
(1)他是在練太極拳運動之前就受傷的
(2)他的傷是在練太極拳運動時誘發出來的
(3)他是在練太極拳運動時受傷的
我們姑且不論比賽的事應重視的事練習時是否有正確養成才是重點因為出來比賽的人受傷比例如此之高更何況那些未能參與比賽之人情況是不是更糟呢?
大家沉思想一想各練習場你們訓練了多少人現在剩多少人有沒有想過原因何在哪個環節出了什麼問題?
大致分析幾種人來練太極拳運動結構分析:
(1)   年輕人(學校學生為主) 除了愛好互相肢體搏擊互推之外有成績升學可加分且快學、易懂、短時間內可派上場
優點:(a) 較單純年輕人年齡層一致受訓容易
      (b) 身體好舊疾少
      (c) 好紮根練基礎
缺點:(a) 功利主義重
      (b) 容易斷層往往升學無去處
      (c) 升學壓力大
      (d) 無經濟基礎
(2)   中年人(社會人士)
優點:(a) 自主能力強
      (b) 有經濟基礎
缺點:(a) 較複雜受訓年齡層不一致
      (b) 身體好壞不一舊疾多
      (c) 工作忙不易紮根練基礎
(3) 老年人(退休人士)較複雜
優點:(a) 自主能力強
      (b) 經濟無慮
      (c) 時間多可充分學習
缺點:(a) 身體鈍領悟力差不好教
      (b) 身體好壞不一舊疾多
      (c) 年紀大不易紮根練基礎
